
Sales Manager - Project (EPC, Contractor)

- Proactively identify and secure new project opportunities (tenders) across industrial and infrastructure segments, including factories, warehouses, chemical plants, power plants, hospitals, and data centers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including project owners, consultants, EPC firms, and other relevant partners.
- Evaluate the financial capability and project viability of prospective clients.
- Represent the company in external meetings, industry forums, and client presentations.
- Work closely with internal teams such as business development, estimating, and planning to align project strategies and ensure seamless handovers.
- Support the future formation and leadership of a sales and business development team.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant sales or business development experience in general contracting, building materials, consultancy, or EPC companies.
- Strong network and established relationships with owners, consultants (e.g., architecture & structural firms), and EPCs within the construction ecosystem.
- Proven experience in tender acquisition and project pipeline development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English; Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
