Quality Manager - Electronics (Batam, Contract)

• Lead supplier quality management activities from the design phase through to program launch.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues affecting quality, including those related to product design, specifications, materials, tooling, and production processes.
• Strengthen and maintain effective communication processes with customers and suppliers.
• Review and update specifications to ensure supplier information is accurate and that inspection/testing requirements are incorporated as needed.
• Ensure supplier PPAP submissions meet customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain a quality management system, ensuring adherence to procedures in layout, testing, receiving inspection, and other quality-related areas.
• Conduct regular supplier audits to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Work closely with suppliers to develop and implement productivity enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supervise and guide quality team members as needed.
• Maintain work areas in accordance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in quality control/assurance, product reliability.
• Minimum 7years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and equipped with strong leadership capabilities.
• Highly organized, able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-driven, proactive, and responsible.
