- Responsible for the accuracy of data and information in the survey report.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company data.
- Ensure the completeness of documents and the validity of consumer data
- Work together with the credit analyst team and other related departments.
- Understand and comply with the regulations and ethics of the surveyor profession.
- Hold a meeting agreement with consumers and spouses (if married) at the office for the type of two-wheeled
- Conduct visits and environmental checks for the type of four-wheeled vehicle pawn (R4).
- Check the validity of the consumer's BPKB as a requirement for submission and take it as collateral if no negative information is received from the consumer.
- Maintain and be responsible for consumer payment patterns in the first 6 months
- Inspect Vehicles for Roadworthiness: Conduct visual and technical inspections. Check mechanical systems, emissions, and safety features. Use diagnostic tools to assess compliance with regulations.
- Valuation and Assessment: Assess the condition and value of vehicles (e.g., for insurance, resale, taxation, or import/export).
- Compliance and Regulation Checks: Ensure vehicles meet environmental and safety standards. Confirm vehicle modifications adhere to legal requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record survey results in inspection reports. Provides an estimate of the amount of disbursement to consumers for vehicles that have been inspected and negotiation.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate findings to vehicle owners. Offer advice on compliance or improvement.
- Minimum education D3 all majors.
- Have experience as a surveyor for at least 1 year (preferred).
- Having motorcycle and driving license (A/C)
- Mastering survey techniques and inspection of motor vehicles.
- Honest, thorough, and responsible.
- Able to work independently or in time.
- Willing to work with high mobility in the field.
