Support end-to-end financial operations and reporting for the Business Enabler unit
Extract and reconcile financial data from various sources (e.g., marketplace portals, internal systems)
Analyze revenue, cost, and margin to provide business insights
Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports (monthly closing, ad-hoc reports)
Organize and maintain financial documentation and reporting files
Identify and suggest process improvements in financial workflows
Collaborate in ad-hoc projects, such as data validation, audits, or new system implementation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business, Operations, Tax) to ensure smooth financial processes

Min. bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with 2 or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax from E-Commerce, Retail/FMCG, Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Tech, or any Startup/Tech-Driven Business
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and tools like Jubelio or other marketplace seller platforms
Familiar with Power Query for data transformation and marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
Detail-oriented and accurate in handling large volumes of financial data
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, proactive and takes initiative, quick to learn and adapt
