Job Description :- Responsible for processing recruitment under instruction of GM and supervisor.- Responsible for processing payroll, compensation, and registering HRIS.- Processing test tool module- Processing BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.- Monitoring employee behaviour and performance accordance with company regulation.- Making date of HR suing MC word, excel and powerpoint.- Other related HR WorkJob Requirement :- Diploma or bachelor degree holder from all major- Have more than 2 years' experience in the related division- Proficient in using Ms Office Application (Especially In Ms Excel)- Fluent in English language- Have a knowledge and experience to working using HORENSO Report system
