- Bachelor's degree graduated from the recognized university, Bsc / BE chem. ,prefer with MBA.
- Minimum 15 years experience as the Sales Manager, preferably senior Manager or General Manager Sales from Chemical company.
- Strong leadership, organizational, managerial and communication skills.
- Ability to read financial statements and reports.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Responsible for all resources of sales management.
- Responsible for entire sales operations towards achieving the set targets in terms of volume and price.
- Build a good rapport and networking with the old and new principals.
- Strengthening of existing business, collect information about competitors (domestic as well as importers) through market intelligence and adopt strategy according.
- Optimizes daily execution of standardized processes through continuous direction, productivity monitoring and evaluation of Sales team from all company branch.
- Manages General Sales goals, responsible for adherence to Business Process continuous improvement.
- Ensures the marketing and sales processes are in line with the company objectives and able to boosting the sales achievement target eventually.
- The General Manager of Sales is also expected to perform the Business Development Management in all various range of chemical products.
