• Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain, including senior-level leadership within manufacturing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing raw and packaging materials, with a focus on cost efficiency, compliance, and supplier performance.
• Proven ability to lead strategic sourcing efforts, manage supplier risks, and drive operational improvements across procurement functions.
• Strong financial and commercial skills, with the ability to manage budgets and influence decisions through data.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.
