- Manajemen Tim: Bertanggung jawab atas manajemen dan pelatihan harian tim operasional, memastikan operasional yang efisien dan pencapaian tujuan yang ditetapkan.
- Analisis Data: Bertanggung jawab untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data operasional, melaporkan kinerja bisnis secara berkala, dan mengusulkan rencana perbaikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas.
- Alokasi Sumber Daya: Mengalokasikan sumber daya perusahaan (manusia, material, dan keuangan) secara rasional untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
- Pengendalian Biaya: Memantau dan mengelola biaya operasional, mengusulkan langkah-langkah untuk mengurangi biaya dan meningkatkan efisiensi, serta meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan.
- Koordinasi Antar Departemen: Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain (seperti Penjualan, Pemasaran, dan Sumber Daya Manusia) untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional.
- Team Management: Responsible for the management and daily training of the operational team, ensuring efficient operations and achievement of set goals.
- Data Analysis: Responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data, reporting business performance periodically, and proposing improvement plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation: Allocating company resources (human, materials, and financial) rationally to ensure smooth operations.
- Cost Control: Monitoring and managing operational costs, proposing measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency, as well as enhancing the company’s profitability.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources) to ensure smooth operations.
- Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal satu tahun pengalaman manajemen operasional di industri yang relevan, dengan pengalaman dalam manajemen tim dan pelaksanaan proyek.
- Keakraban dengan proses operasional dan metode manajemen, serta visi strategis.
- Keahlian analisis data yang kuat, mahir menggunakan Excel dan perangkat lunak perkantoran terkait.
- Keahlian komunikasi dan kerja tim yang sangat baik, serta kemampuan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam kolaborasi lintas departemen.
- Persyaratan Lain: Keterampilan memecahkan masalah dan kemampuan untuk menangani tantangan dalam lingkungan yang penuh tekanan.
- Work Experience: A minimum of one year of operational management experience in a relevant industry, with experience in team management and project execution.
- Familiarity with operational processes and management methods, as well as strategic vision.Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and related office software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration.
- Other Requirements: Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a high-pressure environment.
