Procurement Officer (Fuel & Lubricants)

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for fuel, lubricants, and related products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and product quality.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay updated with market trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian trade regulations.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in fuel, lubricants, or industrial products.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of fuel industry standards and regulations is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel between company locations and supplier sites.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are preferred.
