- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and stock control.
- Plan, organize, and oversee customer deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal teams to maintain smooth logistics.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and high standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor delivery schedules, optimize routes, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse.
- Prepare reports on stock movement, deliveries, and warehouse performance for management.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics management (interiors, construction, or retail industry experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage and optimize delivery schedules.
- Knowledge of warehouse systems, stock control, and inventory processes.
- Leadership ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
