Job Type: Full-TimeDuties and Responsibilities:Implement the experiential service reception process and ensure effective delivery.Achieve monthly operational targets and be accountable for results.Execute after-sales marketing activities and meet assigned personal goals.Handle on-site customer complaints in a timely and professional manner; ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.Ensure the implementation of 5S principles and safety management practices at the service site.Perform other duties as assigned by management, including ad-hoc and temporary tasks.Qualifications:Diploma or higher in Automotive Repair or related field.Background in Marketing Management, Automotive Application & Repair, or Automotive Repair Technology is preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service reception in a similar industry.Strong knowledge of automotive structures, service etiquette, and customer reception processes.Possess a valid driver’s license and have proficient driving skills.Skilled in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.If you're a proactive individual with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you!Powered by JazzHR
