Often serves as the first point of contact to the customer, and manages cross-selling bank products, or refers customers to other areas of the bank. Supports activities towards maximizing revenues, product initiatives, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operational losses, in addition to deepening existing relationships and minimizing customer attrition.Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels.
