Accountable for that the service(s) over time deliver value and meet stakeholders’ expectations and business’ needs
Actively works with Service partner and Engineering teams to define and prioritizing a backlog of items improving the service
Ensure cost efficient, stable and sustainable service operation and delivery
Performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and reports on status
Service life cycle planning and follow up: Service roadmap, demand and capacity management, prioritizes improvements and ensure budget
Keep information of the service(s) up to date
Analyze service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability in order to find possibilities to improve.

1+ Years of experience as a DevOps/SRE working with medium to large projects
Worked in agile environment and has good grasp of agile cadence
Experience in major cloud provider, e.g Alicloud (preferred), AWS, Azure, Alicloud
Experience in CI tools, e.g Github Actions, Jenkins
Experience in CD tools, e.g ArgoCD, Crossplane
Experience in Infrastructure as a code or provisioning tools, e.g Terraform
Experience in managing and monitoring Kubernetes applications through Istio (service mesh), Helm charts
Good understanding in capacity planning (resource utilization, performance tuning) and networking
Good understanding in system security
Well versed with automation tools and GitOps data engineering
