(f/m/d).
The position will be based in Jakarta and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.Your responsibilitiesPetty Cash & Banking:Record and report petty cash transactions, ensuring cash drawer balances.Prepare and validate payments via internet banking, ensuring timely processing before due dates.Verify sales payments before releasing coffee for delivery.Accounting & Reporting:Input daily journal entries into NAV (accounting software) and maintain proper documentation.Reconcile monthly stock counts and ensure alignment between inventory records and transactions.Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules.Support statutory audits, tax audits, and management reporting.Tax & Compliance:Prepare commercial invoices and VAT Invoices for customers and ensure timely submission.Assist in monthly tax reporting in Core Tax System and create withholding tax (WHT) documentation.Prepare file schedule of WHT 22 from customer, collect the bukti potong/receipt and do proper documentation.Maintain and update entertainment expense records for corporate income tax reporting.Ensure all fixed assets are insured and manage annual renewals.General Support:Handle reporting requirements for the central bank (SIMODIS) if needed.Prepare weekly LCE reports.Assist the Accounting Supervisor/Manager in meeting deadlines for audits and management reporting.Perform other tasks as assigned by management.Your profileBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role more than 4 years.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NAV) and Microsoft Excel.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Our staff appreciatesInternational: Working in an international atmosphere in a growing and progressive companyBenefits: An attractive salary with extra benefits.Have we sparked your interest?
