If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a corporate environment—let's connect!Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable universityMinimum 5 years of experience in legal management, preferably in real estate or retailFluent in English, both written and spokenStrong knowledge of property law, commercial contracts, and dispute resolutionExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsResponsibilities:Provide legal advice on lease agreements, contracts, and property disputesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts with tenants and suppliersEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policiesHandle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal teamsManage and maintain legal documents related to the mall's operation
