- You'll manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure excellent guest service and product quality.
- You'll be responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel.
- You'll take on responsibility for overall operations in the absence of the General Manager.
- You'll develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational department's annual and long-term goals.
- You'll ensure that all operations departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs.
- You'll evaluates changes in guest needs and recommend appropriate products/services and operational changes as necessary.
- You'll ensure guest and employee satisfaction, while maintaining market competitiveness and exceptional financial performance.
- You'll communicate in an effective and timely manner with General Manager and Executive Committee on matters which require their attention.
- You've a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- You've a proven record of leading multiple departments to make gains towards targeted GOP, guest feedback and employee engagement results.
- You've high degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen.
- You're result and service oriented, and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through.
- You're capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority, both internally and externally
- You're able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You're self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize and make effective decisions.
