City Operations - ShopeeFood (Semarang)

• Accountable to plan, execute for day-to-day operations monitoring including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management and inventory management etc.
• Monitor ops standard in the city
• Extract insights from data, trends, survey and market intelligence
• Manage cost effectiveness/efficiency and deliver targets
• Support Area Lead and Regional to roll out product initiatives in the City.

• At least 3 years experience in operations, preferably minimum at the supervisor level from Multi National Company
• Having strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with data processing
• D3/S1 Graduate from any major
• Having good understanding about supply and demand planning and control
• Having good communication skills and good attention to detail and easy to engage with community
• Able to create creative solutions and initiative toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly
• Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict
• Proficiency in English (written)
• Able to process the data from excel / spreadsheet and create on slide/PPT
• Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenging situations.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Applicants must possess a comprehensive understanding of the region they will be responsible for.
