Assist in the management of day-to-day digital sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service inquiries.

Support the sales team in the implementation of SAP systems and tools to streamline operations and track sales data effectively.

Gather, analyze, and interpret data from the SAP platform to provide insights that enhance sales strategies.

Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions within the SAP system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and ensure seamless execution of digital sales initiatives.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to provide updates on performance metrics to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Finance/Economics, or a related field.

1- 2 years Experience in sales operations, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems or other ERP systems.

Understanding of digital sales processes and tools.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
