EXPLOSIVE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

• Understand explosive regulations to ensuring activities related to buying, receiving, storing and distribution of explosive are suitable with applicable laws and procedure
• Calculating, receiving, storing and releasing of explosive, also responsible to the KTT (Kepala Teknik Tambang)
• Responsible for the amount of explosive in the warehouse and ensuring the explosive warehouse is always locked, except during routine activities (checking, inventorying, entering and releasing explosive)
• Ensuring security systems in explosive warehouse are safely to prevent the theft of explosives
• Making explosives records and inventory list in accordance with the government’s format and regularly recorded, also filing at least one year
• Making periodic reports related to explosive’s activities (such as receiving, storing, supplying and using) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, also the report can be used as materials for licensing arrangements to the government
• Receiving and monitoring weekly or monthly explosives needs and ensuring the compliance with the availability of explosives
• Making a recommendation and planning for explosives needed, both short term or long term used. So the recommendation can be used as materials for repurchasing explosives in accordance with operational needs
• Doing routine inspection, inventory, or etc to explosives warehouse and their supporting facilities
• Implementing explosives management in accordance with the legislation, applicable procedures and good mining practices principles

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering
• Certified in KJL II (Sertifikasi Juru Ledak Kelas II)
• Minimum 3 years experience of working in explosive warehouse, supply chain or logistic
• Advance competencies in warehouse management, safety & health management, drilling & blasting, inventory management and operational safety
• Good communication, influencing skill and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
• Willing to be placed in Balangan, South Kalimantan
