- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments: job postings, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and team needs.
- Source candidates using various platforms: job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and refine assessment tools and processes.
- Present shortlisted candidates with insights to hiring managers for decision-making.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.
- Support employer branding efforts through social media, recruitment events, and content.
- Act as a brand ambassador at every external interaction.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to hire, source of hire, acceptance rates, etc.).
- Maintain accurate data using HRIS/ATS systems.
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes for better efficiency and quality.
- Help align recruitment practices with company core values and vision.
- Participate in hiring strategy discussions and workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-role environment.
- Skilled in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation.
- Proficient with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, or other similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, agile, and organized with a strong sense of urgency.
- Love connecting people with meaningful opportunities.
- Have a keen eye for cultural fit and high-potential talent.
- Are excited about employer branding and company culture.
