Job Description - Monitor and control the assembly process to ensure smooth operations. - Manage line balancing and takt time to optimize workflow and efficiency. - Create and regularly update production capacity simulations. - Analyze and resolve issues related to quality and productivity. - Monitor and control 4M changes (Man, Method, Machine, and Material). - Supervise the ramp-up of new production lines or models. - Attend customer meetings when required, acting as a technical representative. - Ensure proper control and maintenance of jigs, tools, equipment, and computers. - Oversee part supply and consumables to prevent production delays. - Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and productivity. - Serve as a team leader for production team members, providing supervision and guidance. - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor's degree from industrial engineer, mechanical engineer or any related technical field ・Have 1 year experience in production assembly lines ・Solid knowledge of the Toyota Production System (TPS), including 5S3T, 3M, and Kaizen methodologies. ・Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting assembly production lines. ・Conversational English
