Job Description:We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Sekuritas team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also play a key part in creating a culture of compliance within the organization. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring and ensure compliance with regulations set forth by OJK and other governing bodies relevant to securities and capital markets such as IDX, KSEI and KPE.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of regular reporting to OJK and IDX, including the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Submit incident reports in the event of trading rule violations, system disruptions, or potential fraud
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conducting compliance risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommending mitigation measures.
  • Providing training and support to staff to ensure understanding of compliance obligations and fostering a culture of compliance.
  • Collaborating with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to address compliance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Handling compliance investigations and reporting findings to management.
  • Serve as a liaison between business operations and regulatory authorities, ensuring business objectives are achieved without compromising compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the securities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OJK regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Having WPPE certification would be an advantage.
