Overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of dental supplies and equipment. This role ensures that all materials are available when needed, optimizes supply chain operations, negotiates with vendors, and maintains cost-effective inventory control.Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee procurement and inventory management of dental supplies, equipment, and materials
2. Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes to minimize costs and time effectiveness
3. Negotiate price and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
4. Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment of critical supplies
5. Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to support decision-making and budgeting
6. Address supply chain issues proactively to avoid disruptions in clinic operationsJob Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or dental industry
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, and vendor management
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets formula
5. Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
7. Leadership experience with the ability to supervise multiple stakeholders
