- Lead and manage end-to-end projects focused on improving customer service, such as optimizing communication channels, streamline support processes, and developing scalable self-service tools.
- Use data-driven insights to analyze pain points, and evaluate the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to ensure project alignment, resource coordination, and timely execution.
- Use creative problem-solving to address complex customer service challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Support and contribute to cross-regional initiatives, including nationwide service projects and the launch of new service features
- Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, monitoring progress, and iterating on processes to enhance operational efficiency and service satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years of experience as project management with knowledge of project management tools and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in managing relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Willing to travel between Jogja and Solo for project support
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
