- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to drive revenue and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including credit, product, and support functions, to deliver seamless client experiences
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the bank's market position and client relationships
- Actively monitor and manage the performance of the client portfolio, ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and structuring complex financial solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Thorough understanding of the local and global economic landscape, as well as the bank's products and services
