Design, build, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the ETL lifecycle.
Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Manage and update Tableau dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
Write and optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance.
Perform routine maintenance, installation, and backup activities for Tableau environments.
Ensure system reliability and security by following best practices.
Provide technical support for dashboard users and data-related issues.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Min 2–3 years of experience in data engineering role.
Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
Strong hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL development.
Proven ability to manage and optimize Tableau dashboards.
Solid SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
Available to start as soon as possible on a 12-month contract, onsite at our Central Jakarta office.
