Supervise and motivate bar staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences.
Manage daily bar operations, stock control, and ordering.
Oversee preparation and presentation of drinks to premium standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible service guidelines.
Assist with rostering, training, and onboarding new team members.
Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with management to deliver exclusive member events and activations.

Qualifications

Certificate in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Good communication and customer contact skills
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
A team player & builder
A motivator & self-starter
Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all time
