About our client:
Our Client operates in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Singapore. It has its branches spread to more than 5 countries, providing employment to 250 people. Their core business is to represent their client in countries that they do not operate in, and market/sell their products for them. They have achieved a wide client base in a very short time, and are looking for new talent.Job Purpose:
  • To build and execute strategies to meet sales goals for the Region; to drive sales performance, market share and profitability; to be responsible for profit and loss, optimal resource utilization and all business operations in the Region;
  • to develop deep understanding of customers and the healthcare market and apply insights to create new business opportunities;
  • to lead the execution of current product strategies, new product launches, new business development and change initiatives within the Region; to lead, motivate and develop Regional salespeople and teams; to promote the organization as a leader in general or specific pharmaceutical areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements business strategy to meet customer needs; drives the creation and execution of business plans within each Area to deliver the required business results; manages operating budget and allocates resources as required to achieve business plans.
Develops and leads an integrated regional business planning process to identify opportunities to increase strategic product sales:
  • Stakeholder business analysis
  • Step 2 Local market planning
  • Step 3 Plan execution and tracking.
  • Leads the work of developing effective and enduring customer relationships; personally, takes responsibility for strong relationships with the most significant customers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinates cross-functional activity and resource deployment to ensure consistent execution of strategy and delivery of results; works with Key Account Managers and Business Planning Teams to achieve results delivery.
  • Develops in-depth understanding of market environment and customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders to develop new business strategies.
  • Provides inspirational leadership and coaching to direct reports; ensures that all leaders in the Region focus on developing talent; creates a culture of high performance, learning and development.
  • Works within ethical and compliance policies and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.
  • Creates a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.
  • Closely coordinate with Marketing on implementation of the Product Strategy.
Requirements:
  • Ideal background
  • Strong sales background.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • To have covered big cities like Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan
  • Indonesian and English must be advantages.
  • Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills
  • Advanced problem – solving skills.
  • Solid presentation and advocacy skills
