- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage compensation and benefit.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide HR-related input and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Experience in compensation and benefit.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the property industry is a plus.
