Based in Jakarta, you will achieve portfolio targets through nurturing of existing customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities on existing policies
- Ensure proper pricing
- Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
- Educate and assist intermediaries and policy holders on policy details
- Maintain accurate policy information in group systems
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with existing policy holders
- Interact closely with other core functions (ie. Risk, Claims and Policy Admin)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial institutions in B2B accounts management in a multicultural organization
- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to market players, policy holders and brokers
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to travel within Indonesia up to 20% of your time
