Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Respond to customer inquiries with technical and commercial solutions, and manage quotes, POs, and delivery notes via SAP.
Execute and monitor sales and production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery using SAP and internal systems.
Build and maintain long-term aftermarket customer relationships through proactive communication and regular updates.
Monitor MRP and inventory levels, collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
Analyze quote performance, supply chain KPIs, and customer trends to improve efficiency and pricing strategies.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience using SAP for managing sales orders, quotations, purchase orders (POs), and delivery notes—especially in the spare parts domain

Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, dashboards
Data Analysis: Quote tracking, order trends, backorder root cause

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from all major ( Statistic, Business management are preferable)
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Scientist or Business Development
Willing to frequently travel to mine site
