- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Respond to customer inquiries with technical and commercial solutions, and manage quotes, POs, and delivery notes via SAP.
- Execute and monitor sales and production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery using SAP and internal systems.
- Build and maintain long-term aftermarket customer relationships through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Monitor MRP and inventory levels, collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze quote performance, supply chain KPIs, and customer trends to improve efficiency and pricing strategies.
- Candidates are expected to have hands-on experience using SAP for managing sales orders, quotations, purchase orders (POs), and delivery notes—especially in the spare parts domain
- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, dashboards
- Data Analysis: Quote tracking, order trends, backorder root cause
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from all major ( Statistic, Business management are preferable)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Scientist or Business Development
- Willing to frequently travel to mine site
