• Provide legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the tire or mining industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Manage legal risks related to business operations and transactions.
• Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including disputes and litigation.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, finance, operations) to ensure legal compliance across departments.
• Keep up to date with industry-specific legal trends, regulations, and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1), with a Master’s in Law (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the tire, lubricant or technology industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, and regulatory law in the industry.
• Experience in contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in legal research and staying updated on relevant laws.
