Job Description:As an Assistant Housekeeper at AYANA Hospitality, you will support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the standards of cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas. You will assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all areas of the property are presented to the highest standards. This role involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our guests' experiences and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision and training of housekeeping staff.
Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the cleanliness and quality standards.
Help in managing the housekeeping inventory and supply levels.
Schedule and coordinate cleaning assignments to achieve efficient operation.
Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in various tasks as needed.
Indonesian citizen preferred.
