• Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
• Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the spa's standards.
• Assist the spa manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure the smooth flow and efficiency of spa operations, including managing appointments, handling guest inquiries, and scheduling staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the spa area.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or feedback.
• Collaborate with the spa manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and increase business.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or similar role in a luxury spa environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Degree or certification in hospitality, wellness, or a related field is preferred.
