Budget Management: Oversee and control A&P budgets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and financial targets.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of marketing spend, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize investments.
Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Forecasting & Reporting: Lead monthly forecasting and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
Process Improvement: Drive efficiency in financial processes and tools, ensuring best practices in A&P management.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

A Bachelor's degree in any field.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Proven min. 5 years of experience as a Brand Controller Manager or Marketing Controller Manager, with expertise in A&P management.
Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
