What you'll do:As a Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's brand strategy. You will be entrusted with identifying target consumers, understanding their perceived values of brands, and developing insightful strategies to engage them. You will also be instrumental in understanding shopping behaviours and developing a robust brand portfolio strategy.

Crafting the brand essence and consumer insights, and grasping the perceived values of brands among target consumers
Providing innovative ideas to the brand portfolio that contributes to create shared values
Formulating brand portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategies
Managing end-to-end brand portfolio development starting from brand creation, execution, up to overseeing the whole process while ensuring the overall brand performance

What you bring:The ideal Category Manager brings a wealth of commercial experience, particularly within FMCG marketing. Your experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams will be invaluable in this role. You possess a strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends, which informs your effective brand strategies.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing/Sales, or related field
Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience, specifically in FMCG sector
Strong understanding of consumer insights and market trends
Proven track record in developing effective brand strategies
Proficiency in English, written and verbally within professional setting
