8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving operational improvements.
Experience in lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, or digital transformation is highly valued.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a passion for building systems
