Your responsibilities will encompass driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining regulatory compliance, fostering customer satisfaction, and building strong teamwork within the branch. You will act as both a strategic leader and a role model, guiding your team toward achieving service excellence and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, implementing branch business plans, and ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, licensing, and company policies.Manage branch facilities, ensuring maintenance and operational readiness at all times.Recruit, train, and evaluate staff while fostering continuous growth through coaching, counseling, and succession planning.Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships with customers, doctors, and partners, and monitoring satisfaction levels.Supervise financial management of the branch, including budget planning, operational cost control, receivables, and adherence to financial regulations.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ISO standards, occupational health and safety procedures, and other relevant quality standards.Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and business risks to maintain branch sustainability.Prepare and present periodic reports on marketing, operations, finance, HR, and customer service performance to head office.Foster collaboration with headquarters, other branches, and external partners to achieve organizational alignment.Inspire, motivate, and guide the branch team by promoting the company’s core values, maintaining team synergy, and creating a positive workplace culture.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in any field, preferably with a background in healthcare.Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in healthcare services, clinics, laboratories, or related industries.Prior experience as a Branch Manager or leading a team of at least 8 people is highly preferred.Strong understanding of business development, customer service, risk management, and healthcare service operations.Good health condition, normal hearing, and no physical limitations that may affect work.Ability to drive motor vehicles (motorcycle/car) with a valid SIM A or SIM C license.Proficiency in computer and data management tools; experience with Excel, reporting systems, or analytical tools is a plus.Preferably certified in ISO 15189 Quality Management, Risk Management, or Occupational Health & Safety (K3).Strong leadership, customer service orientation, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
