- Lead technical and conceptual aspects of new product development workflow and timeline management.
- Oversee product launch from inception to commercial production ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, provide technical support to Commercial team, and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
- Manage project schedules, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Collaborate with various departments including Commercial, Packaging Development, Sourcing, Planning, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and provide training and knowledge transfer when required for personal and team development.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- Understanding of Product Development, Manufacturing Equipment, Quality Assurance, and GMP are desirable.
- Knowledge of fragrance/skin care products and beauty products
- Highly motivated, agile, and effective communicator and collaborator.
- Technical selling knowledge.
- Familiarity with QAD System.
- Knowledge of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Understanding of outsourcing practices.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
- Familiarity with MYM profiles.
- Understanding of ISO 9001/2000 standards.
