- Marketing campaign and promotions design: Craft, execute, and evaluate captivating campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Driving growth and Higher ROI: Foster partner growth and ensure a higher return on investment.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and conduct KPI analysis for each partner, aiming to increase basket size and cultivate customer loyalty.
- Managing projects and liaising with relevant stakeholders: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, campaign team, demand growth team, and others to execute tasks effectively. Strong communication and project management skills are crucial.
- Plan and manage cross-channel advertising campaigns and develop localized advertising strategies.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in media planning and experience with DSPs (DV360, Google Ads, TTD, etc.), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to achieve client performance targets and collaborate with partners and colleagues at all levels.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the digital media buying and planning space (prior agency experience preferred).
- Ability to thrive and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English is a must
