  • Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies including managing and optimizing the channels.
  • Budgeting and forecasting, involved in pre-pitching. You will need to develop and manage a performance marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impact of the campaigns on revenue efficiency. You will also need to analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Performance analysis and reporting. You will also need to manage and optimize marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Tiktok Ads, to ensure that campaigns are delivering the desired results
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is also essential for success as a senior performance marketing manager. You will need to work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and finance, to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategic goals. You will also need to collaborate with external clients and vendors to execute or deliver initiatives.

  • Data Analytics Skills: Strong analytical abilities using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio to interpret campaign metrics and customer behaviour, facilitating data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Skilled in developing marketing plans aligned with business objectives, capable of forecasting and measuring campaign impact on revenue growth.
  • Communication, Leadership, and Project Management: Excellent communication skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration, combined with strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams.
