As a Security Engineer at Ajaib, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and privacy of our systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, design and implement security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Every team has its specialty and uniqueness, and our Technology team is no exception! Identify security vulnerabilities and risks in our systems and infrastructure.
Design and implement security measures to protect systems and data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications and systems are secure by design.
Perform security assessments and penetration testing.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts.
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
Stay up to date with the latest security trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a security engineering or related role.
Strong knowledge of web application security and secure coding practices.
Experience with vulnerability scanning and management tools.
Experience with network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
Experience with cloud security and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP).
Ability to perform security assessments and penetration testing.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
