- Analyze key trends, market share, business insight, product competition, and consumer perspectives (especially in the Mining Area) in collaboration with stakeholders to identify opportunities for machines, parts, and services
- Actively support the development and be accountable for the implementation of operational sales plan targets in the assigned mining market.
- Identify potential mining clients globally, including mining companies, contractors, and exploration firms.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in the mining sector.
- Understand client needs and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and value propositions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on the mining industry OR Experience in mining companies, with a broad understanding of the market.
- Deep understanding of the mining sector, including mining processes, equipment, and market trends.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior executives and industry stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Able to speak English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
